WHAT IS TOE?

July 19, 2022

It’s the TASTE OF EDMONTON, the iconic Food Festival that originated in 1984 and has run for 37 out of the last 38 years! The festival has taken place at the Convention Center, Legislative Grounds and of course at it home base- Sir Winston Churchill Square.

The festival is proudly produced by Events Edmonton, a non-profit charitable organization that provides funding and grants to 15+ Charitable Service groups each festival, and donations range from $75K-$100K annually.  Hundreds of charities have benefited from the money raised over the 37 years.

The festival runs with the help of volunteerism and community involvement, along with the support of businesses and corporate partners and has provided 9.6M in Economic Activity in Alberta (8.4M in Edmonton).

The eleven-day event boasts live performance of all genres, daily entertainment, and of course, features the best of Edmonton’s culinary scene.

Check out the award winning, and one of the country’s most talked about Food Festivals from July 21-21 at Sir Winston Churchill Square!
