DON'T BECOME A CARRIER

Not only is it a danger to yourself if you have any infectious materials on your clothes, but it's a threat to everyone you come in contact with. By wearing an isolation gown, you're preventing your clothes from becoming a carrier of infections.

WHO SHOULD WEAR A MASK, AND WHERE SHOULD THEY BE WORN?

Most workplaces currently require employees and customers to wear protective medical masks while in the facility. The CDC recommends that people who are using public transportation or meeting with people who do not live in the same household, should be wearing masks due to COVID-19.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the differences between different levels of AAMI Isolation Gowns?

All Medical Gowns need testing according to AAMI standards. The gowns are classified based on their rating of Liquid barrier performance as per CSA.

There are four different levels of Medical Isolation gowns according to FDA:

  • AAMI Level 1: Minimal risk, to be used, for example, during basic care, standard isolation, cover gown for visitors, or in a standard medical unit
  • AAMI Level 2: Low risk, to be used, for example, during blood draw, suturing, in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or a pathology lab
  • AAMI Level 3: Moderate risk, to be used, for example, during arterial blood draw, inserting an Intravenous (IV) line, in the Emergency Room, or for trauma cases
  • AAMI Level 4: High risk, to be used, for example, during long, fluid intense procedures, surgery, when pathogen resistance is needed, or infectious diseases are suspected (non-airborne)

How many times can I use the AAMI Level 1 Disposable Gown?

Disposable gowns of any sort, including the AAMI level 1, should NOT be re-used as per the CDC.

Heading

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
