This AAM Level 2 SMS Isolation Gown, with material made of four water repellent layers. The melt-blown layers of the material do not allow perspiration or transition of liquid. The gown is primarily used to avoid exposure to blood, body fluids, and other infectious materials. This gown is lightweight with a full-back and is designed to be generously sized for greater coverage and flexibility. It has neckties, waist ties and knit cuffs for extra protection.

There are four different levels of Medical Isolation gowns according to FDA:
Disposable gowns of any sort, including the AAMI level 1, should NOT be re-used as per the CDC.
